SHIPPING & RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping to all Australian addresses is FREE. No minimum amount or quantity purchase required. All domestic purchases will be shipped free of charge. Almost in most cases you will receive a tracking number to track your delivery. We use Australia Post services on all our deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express Courier International and incur a nominal admin fee of AU$30.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER CHARGES

The purchaser and/or recipient of the items must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. All customs duties, excise if applicable, local taxes and other charges are payable by the recipient of the items. Once the items have been delivered to the common carrier in your country title and risk of loss for items will transfer to you, the recipient unless additional insurance has been purchased.

TRACKING AND SIGNATURE

All our orders are dispatched with tracking number. This number will be passed on to you once the order is shipped. Almost in all cases a signature will be required. Please have someone present at the nominated address to accept the package.

At Pinksome Designs we are commited to make your online shopping enjoyable and rewarding. However if your purchase is not what you wanted our 30 day money back guarantee gives you the peace of mind to make sure your are happy. You can return or exchange the purchased items as per our terms below.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may return any piece of jewellery that has not been worn, scratched, tampered with, damaged or broken within 30 days of purchase. To return an item you need to contact us and obtain a RAN (return authorisation number). Returns must be accompanied with the RAN, proof of purchase and be in its original condition, include the attached price tags and original packaging as received. It is important to note that any piece of jewellery that has been worn will not be accepted under our terms and conditions.

All returns will be inspected by our jewellers to ensure the item meets refunds criteria. If our jewellers find that the item has been worn, altered, scratched or has sustained physical or chemical damage (from make-up, detergents, swimming pools etc.) refunds will not be processed and the item will be returned to the purchaser. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks but usually are processed within 5 working days. The banks may take up to 7 working days to credit your card with the refund amount. All refunds will be processed in the same currency as original purchase.

All returns are the purchaser’s responsibility to pack and send to us at their cost if the item is not damaged or is not incorrect. Please send returns to the below address:

If the item shipped is an incorrect item or been damaged within the first 30 days of purchase and is faulty please complete the returns form here to obtain RAN and send the item to us. You may also request a replacement instead of a refund.
